Cream jelly with apricot pur e recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | whipping cream |
80 g | sugar |
3 pack(s) | gelatin, white |
1 large can(s) | apricots, sliced |
4 tbsp | orange liqueur |
½ | lemon, grated rind |
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring 300g cream with the sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, then add the gelatine and stir until the gelatin has dissolved. Set aside and allow to cool. Whisk the remaining cream until stiff, then fold the whipped cream in the gelatine mixture.Divide the mixture into 6 100ml baking dishes. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Purée the apricots and mix with the orange liqueur and lemon zest.
Turn the cream jelly from the baking dishes onto dessert plates and serve together with the apricot purée.
