Cream cheese sauce for pasta recipe details
Ingredients
900 g | cream cheese |
180 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
650 ml | sour cream |
4 tsp | black pepper |
4 tsp | garlic salt |
300 ml | single cream |
200 g | butter |
1 large | onion, grated |
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, grated cheese, garlic salt, pepper and sour cream. Stir well and set aside.Simmer onion in butter until soft.
Combine the sour cream with the single cream.
Then combine all three mixtures, stir well, and serve over pasta.
