- Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups apples (sliced small)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup walnuts (small pieces)
- 1/2 pound cranberries
Cream oil and sugar, add eggs and vanilla, and beat well. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients, then mix together in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Heat in a 350-degree preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
