Ingredients
50 g | cranberries, chopped |
2 | egg whites |
1 tbsp | honey |
1 | vanilla pod, pulp only |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 100°C.Beat the egg whites, adding by and by honey and vanilla pulp. Beat until stiff. Fold in the cranberries. Spoon small heaps onto a baking tray, lined with baking parchment.
Bake for about 2 hours. Chill before serving.
