|50 g||cranberries, chopped|
|1||vanilla pod, pulp only|
InstructionsPreheat the oven to 100°C.
Beat the egg whites, adding by and by honey and vanilla pulp. Beat until stiff. Fold in the cranberries. Spoon small heaps onto a baking tray, lined with baking parchment.
Bake for about 2 hours. Chill before serving.
