Cranberry apricot compote recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups chopped dried apricots
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Can serve over Pumpkin Raisin Bread Pudding.
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour or until fruit is very soft. Do not cover, as the water should evaporate and the mixture should thicken. If sauce is too thick, dilute with additional orange juice. Enjoy!
