Ingredients
Serves: 2- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (6 ounces) lump crabmeat, drained
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with sour cream, Parmesan, pepper, and salt until frothy.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook crab and onion in hot butter for about 5 minutes, or until crab is browned. Pour in eggs and lower heat to medium-low.
