Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 pound lump crabmeat
- 6 (6 ounce) flounder fillets, cut in half widthwise
- Paprika
- Creamy Herb Sauce:
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons minced chives
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and coat a 15×10-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir egg substitute together with milk, chives, mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, and crab.
3. Arrange 6 fillet halves in the prepared baking dish. Top each portion with some of the crab mayonnaise mixture, then cover with the other fillet halves. Dust with paprika for color.
4. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, until fish is cooked thoroughly. While fish is cooking, whisk aioli ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Serve each stuffed fillet with sauce.
