Crab meat spaghetti recipe details
I get my crab meat from the seafood guy in my local fish restaurant. I have learned what days they get shipments of frozen crab meat, and since I am such a loyal customer, I buy an unopened block of crab leg meat (about 5 pounds). Whenever I want crab, I get out my pick and break off a chunk – then keep the rest in my freezer.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 cup dry sherry
- 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (32 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (28 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 to 2 pounds crab leg meat (reserve whole chunks as you pick through for shell)
- 2 pounds long spaghetti noodles, cooked and kept warm
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Combine all ingredients but crab in a large pot over medium heat and bring to a boil, smashing tomato chunks with a wooden spoon as it warms.
2. Add crabmeat and bring back to a simmer and stir until crab meat is thoroughly cooked through, about 10 minutes.
3. Serve over cooked noodles and garnish with reserved crab pieces.Serving suggestion
Serve with hot San Francisco sourdough bread.
