Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cooked crab meat
- 8 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 pound canned bean sprouts
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (5 ounce) cans crispy Chinese noodles
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook celery, bell pepper, and onions in melted butter for about 8 minutes to soften, then stir in bean sprouts and crab.
2. When mixture is heated through, stir in the mushroom soup. Bring to a very low boil and cook for 10 minutes. Serve poured over the noodles.
