This easy sauce turns plain baked chicken into a dinner you’ll want over and over again. And you’ll be able to, this leaves plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.

Ingredients
Serves: 12- 4 pounds chicken parts
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- Salt and pepper
- 3 small onions, quartered
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Coat chicken with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set in a roasting pan.
3. Add onions to the roasting pan. Roast for 45 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink inside.
4. Remove chicken and onions from the roasting pan. Bring pan juices in roasting pan up to a simmer over medium heat, then add brandy. Simmer for 1 minute, then add cream. Cook for about 5 minutes to thicken.
5. Serve chicken with sauce spooned over each serving.
