Country ribs recipe details
This is an extremely easy recipe, yet it’s elegant enough to serve to your spouse’s boss! Uses the bone-in country ribs (pork). I prefer not to trim the fat but if you’re fat conscious, it won’t significantly change the flavor. Serve with long-grain white rice, using the honey mixture as gravy. Steamed broccoli or asparagus also goes quite well. You can also add chopped green pepper, pineapple, soy sauce, and a thinly sliced scallion garnish if you want an Oriental variation.
