Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon chili garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stemmed
- 4 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. In a bowl, stir together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, honey, and chili garlic paste.
2. Pour canola oil into a large skillet over high heat. Cook mushrooms and bok choy in hot oil, covered, for about 4 minutes. Flip the vegetables midway through cooking.
3. Drizzle with sauce mixture and simmer to thicken for about 1 minute. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
