Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 1/5 tablespoons McCormick(R) Coriander Seed, coarsely crushed
- 1 tablespoon McCormick(R) Cumin Seed, coarsely crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick(R) Cracked Black Pepper
- 4 (4 ounce) swordfish steaks, about 1-inch thick
- Relish:
- 1 small avocado, finely chopped
- 1/2 tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick(R) Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. In a small bowl, combine seasonings. Rub over swordfish. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium. Cook swordfish 5-7 minutes per side, until fish is opaque in center and flakes easily with a fork.
2. In a medium bowl, combine relish ingredients. Serve swordfish steaks atop relish.
