Coleslaw Salad recipe

|450 g||green cabbage, thinly sliced|
|250 g||red cabbage, thinly sliced|
|For the Dressing:|
|60 ml||apple cider vinegar|
|1 tsp||Dijon mustard|
|1 tsp||celery seed|
|some||salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste|
Mix all dressing ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add cabbage and stir. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
