Ingredients
450 g | green cabbage, thinly sliced |
250 g | red cabbage, thinly sliced |
For the Dressing: | |
110 g | mayonnaise |
60 ml | apple cider vinegar |
1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 tsp | celery seed |
some | salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Mix all dressing ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add cabbage and stir. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
