Coffee bread pudding recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cup bread cubes
- 1-1/2 cup hot milk
- 1-1/2 cup strong coffee
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon shortening
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Combine bread, milk, coffee, eggs, sugar, salt, and shortening. Mix well; add nuts. Bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until firm.
