Coconut panna cotta recipe details
Ingredients
2 tbsp | sugar |
250 ml | coconut milk |
250 ml | cream |
4 sheet(s) | gelatin |
some | berries of your choice |
Instructions
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.Pour coconut milk, cream and sugar into a saucepan, bring to a boil and let simmer gently for several minutes. Take from heat and allow to cool down for 5 minutes, then dissolve the squeezed out gelatin in the hot cream mixture. Put into the refrigerator to set overnight.
Serve with fresh berries, e.g. strawberries.
