Panna cotta with coconut recipe details
Ingredients
1 envelope(s) | gelatin, unflavoured |
400 ml | condensed milk |
3 tbsp | powdered sugar |
½ tsp | vanilla |
4 tbsp | shredded coconut |
3 tbsp | water |
Instructions
Combine water and gelatin in a small bowl; set aside.Place condensed milk, powdered sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir to dissolve sugar and smooth out coconut milk. Do bring to a boil. Add gelatin mixture and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour milk mixture into four ramekins and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Toi serve, invert and place panna cotta onto plate. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon toasted coconut.
