Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Cream together butter and sugar until smooth, about 5-8 minutes. Then add eggs, beating well after each addition.
In another bowl sift together dry ingredients. Then mix with creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Mix well and stir in vanilla and coconut flavouring.
Pour batter into greased and floured cake pans. Bake for about 25 minutes. Cool and then frost with your favourite basic frosting and sprinkle with coconut.
