Coalfish with mustard sauce recipe details
Ingredients
1 | onion, chopped |
50 g | butter |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
600 g | coalfish fillet |
½ bunch(es) | dill, chopped |
200 g | crème fraîche |
2 tbsp | mustard |
Instructions
In a saucepan, fry the onion in 25g butter over medium heat until lucent. Set aside.Season the fish with salt and pepper. In another pan, fry the fish in the remaining butter from both sides over medium heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the dill.
In a bowl, mix together the onion with the butter liquid, parsley, crème fraîche and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the mustard sauce with the fish.
