Cliffside inn's granola recipe details
- Ingredients
- 4-1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3 cups sunflower seeds
- 3 cups almonds, chopped
- 1 cup safflower oil
- 1/2 cup malt syrup extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Tablespoon almond extract
- Pinch of ground cloves
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl; heat rest of ingredients. Mix liquid with dry ingredients and stir well. Bake in two 9 x 12-inch pans for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Stir a few times while baking to ensure even browning. Let cool; store in covered container. Enjoy!
