Corn pudding details
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 whole eggs, beaten
- 16 ounces creamed corn
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dissolve cornstarch in milk and blend together with remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and bake for about 45 minutes until set in center.
