Ingredients
1 kg | sausage meat |
6 | shallots, diced |
2 stick(s) | celery, chopped |
8 tbsp | wholemeal breadcrumbs |
50 g | almonds |
zest and juice of 1 orange | |
2 tbsp | thyme, finely chopped |
3 tbsp | parsley, finely chopped |
2 tsp | allspice, ground |
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a very large bowl and mix them together. Cover and chill for about 36 hours allowing the flavours to develop.Preparation time:
