Ingredients
250 g | flour, self-rising |
240 ml | milk |
1 tsp | baking powder |
250 g | flour, all-purpose |
200 g | sugar |
200 g | almonds, chopped |
1 tsp | cognac or brandy |
2 medium | eggs |
120 g | butter |
1 | rind of lemon, grated |
150 g | glace fruit |
vanilla |
Instructions
In one bowl mix together butter and sugar. Then add eggs and mix well.Sif flour and put into a second bowl. Add almonds, glace fruit, lemon rind, vanilla, and cognac. Mix well and pour into the other bowl and again mix everything well together.
Then put the batter in a buttered baking pan and bake at 150°C for 1 1/2 hours.
