Chocolate chip pecan cookies recipe details
Ingredients
| 190 g | flour |
| ½ tsp | baking soda |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 4 tbsp | unsalted butter, at room temperature |
| 165 g | brown sugar |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 | egg |
| 250 g | semisweet chocolate chips |
| 200 g | chopped pecans |
Instructions
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt into a bowl; set aside.Combine the butter, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer set on high speed, beat until fluffy.
Beat in the egg. Reduce the speed to low, add the flour mixture and mix just until incorporated.
Mix in the chips and nuts.
Spoon the batter by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing 5 cm apart. Bake at 190°C for about 15 minutes.
Drizzle with caramel glaze.
