Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon crushed onion
- 1 shredded dill pickle (average size)
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 4 teaspoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Add beef, garlic, onion, pickle, bacon bits & spices in a mixing bowl. Form 4 beef patties.
2. Preheat skillet over medium-high. Place patties in the skillet and cook for 10-12 min, longer for medium-well or well-done.
