Frozen Chocolate Brownies recipe

- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1-1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) of butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped, toasted pecans
You actually eat these right out of the freezer!
Melt butter and then add chocolate. Cool.
Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla till light and fluffy. Turn mixer to low and add flour. Then add chocolate and pecans. Do not over mix. Grease and flour jelly roll pan. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. The top of the brownies should be dry. Cool and put into freezer for 1 hour. Cut as desired, freezer wrap and keep frozen.
