Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup dry milk
- 2 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked chipped beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the flour and cook for 2 minutes while stirring. Sprinkle with dry milk, then gradually pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil.
2. Add beef, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer on low for 5 minutes, then remove from heat, add parsley, and serve with toast.Chipped Beef?
