Chinese wings details
Ingredients
- Chicken wings – 24
- Soya sauce – 2 tblsp
- Oyster sauce – 1 tsp
- Ketchup – 3 tblsp
- National tikka masala – ½ tbl sp
- Aginomoto – ½ tsp
- Corn flour – 3 tblsp
- Chilli sauce – 3,4 drops
Instructions
- Put everything in a bowl and leave it for half hour.
- Then marinate wings in this mixture for half hour
- Now put in the oven toaster at 130 C for 30 mins (upper bars on)
- Or you can also fry them in a non stick pan with one tbl sp of oil.
- Serve when hot
