Ingredients
Serves: 20- 1 (8 ounce) package low fat cream cheese
- 1 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup low fat sour cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, minced
- 1 cup chopped frozen spinach (thawed)
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 round loaf unsliced sourdough bread
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Stir the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream together in a bowl with the minced artichoke hearts, spinach, bacon, and Cheddar cheese. Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cut the top off of the loaf of sourdough. Hollow out the inside, saving the top and removed bread for dipping. Scoop the dip mixture into the bread bowl, and place onto the baking sheet.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until the dip has nicely browned on the top and is hot all the way through, about 30 minutes.
