Chinese style stuffed mushrooms recipe details
Ingredients
4 large | mushrooms, ø 9 cm |
3 | spring onions, sliced |
3 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
1 ½ tbsp | oyster sauce |
5 tbsp | sweet corn, fresh or canned |
4 tbsp | zucchini, sliced |
1 ½ tsp | sesame oil |
sea salt | |
black pepper, freshly ground |
Instructions
Take the stalks out of the mushrooms, chop them amd mix with the spring onions, garlic and oyster sauce.Stir in the sweetcorn and zucchini, season well with salt and pepper and fill into the mushrooms.
Brush the edges of the mushrooms with the sesame oil and place them in a lightly oiled baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 200ºC (fan-forced 170ºC) for appr. 12 minutes until they are just tender and serve immediatly.
Alternative filling:
– marinated tofu with vegetables of your choice
