You’ll quickly roast the pork in a Dutch oven, then finish off by making a delicious sandwich in your panini press.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 (12 to 16 ounce) pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut in half
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 6 challah or other large rolls, split
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Season roast with salt and pepper. Heat oil in Dutch oven and brown pork in on all sides. This’ll take about 5 minutes.
3. Make the sauce: heat remaining oil in a skillet and cook the onion in the hot oil for about 10 minutes. Then add hoisin, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped pork, and any juices from the roasting pan. Heat through.
4. Put the pork in the roasting pan. Bake it for 10 minutes, until pork reaches internal temperature of 150 degrees F. Let stand for 10 minutes, then chop.
5. Preheat panini grill.
6. Spoon pork onto challah rolls, then grill in panini press.
