Ingredients
4 | bananas, sliced |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
4 slice(s) | canned pinapple, cut into bite-sized pieces |
50 g | flour |
75 g | cornflour |
1 tsp | sugar |
1 tsp | baking powder |
1 tsp | oil |
100 ml | water |
1 medium | egg white |
100 g | honey |
30 g | sesame |
1 l | oil for frying |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together sugar, cornflour, flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon of oil, water and egg white. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.Sprinkle the banana slices with lemon juice.
Heat the oil. Dip the banana and pineapple pieces into the batter, then fry in the oil until golden.
Remove and drain. Heat the honey in the microwave. Sprinkle the fried fruit with warm honey and sesame and serve immediately.
