Asia style chili sauce recipe details
Ingredients
125 ml | white Chinese rice vinegar |
125 ml | water |
225 g | fresh red chili peppers, seeded and chopped |
2 tsp | garlic powder |
1 tbsp | granulated sugar |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | cornflour |
Instructions
Combine the vinegar and water, add salt and garlic and soak the chilies in the liquid overnight.Stir in cornflour and sugar. Strain the sauce into sterilised bottles and seal. Store at a dark and cool place.
