Chimichurri sauce recipe details
Ingredients
1 bunch(es) | flat leaf parsley, finely chopped |
8 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
1 tsp | oregano, dried |
125 ml | olive oil, extra virgin |
60 ml | red wine vinegar |
2 ½ tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
1 tsp | sea salt |
1 tsp | black pepper, freshly grounded |
5 small | red hot chilies, finely chopped |
Instructions
Combine ingredients very well. Before serving let stand for at least 5 hours.Use as a marinade or serve on the side of just about any meat. Yummy on pizza.
Store sauce in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
