Chili rellenos quiche recipe details
- Ingredients
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Two 4-ounce cans chopped green chilies
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 4 cups grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the ingredients together in the order in which they are listed above. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes clean.
