Chili meatloaf recipe details
Ingredients
700 g | minced beef |
2 medium | onion, chopped |
½ tsp | beef seasoning |
¼ tsp | dry mustard |
1 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
4 slice(s) | soft bread |
120 ml | milk |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
2 medium | eggs |
100 g | bread crumbs |
120 ml | boiling water |

Instructions
Mix meatwith chopped onion, beef seasoning, dry mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.Soak cubed bread in milk and then add eggs. Beat well with an electric mixer.
Combine meat with egg mixture and form into a large loaf. Roll in dry bread crumbs and place in a greased baking pan.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cut diagonal lines in the top of the loaf and fill with chili sauce. Pour boiling water around the loaf and bake for 1 hour.
