Ingredients
1 head(s) | cauliflower, core removed, washed, cut into pieces |
180 ml | red wine vinegar |
1 small | onion, chopped |
300 ml | olive oil |
¼ tsp | oregano |
¼ tsp | basil |
1 | green bell pepper, chopped |
¼ tsp | red hot pepper flakes |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, bring vinegar, garlic, onion, red pepper flakes and green pepper to a boil. Add cauliflower pieces, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove pan from heat, leave covered and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Remove cauliflower to a serving bowl and dress with olive oil, basil and oregano.
