Chile cheese puff recipe details
- Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 pound (2 cups) shredded jack and cheddar cheese, combined
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
- One 7- or 8-ounce can diced green chiles
Beat eggs and add all ingredients except chiles. Mix well together. Add chiles. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan that has been well coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top should be lightly brown and the center should be firm.
