Amazing grilled pork kabobs, with sweet from brown sugar, tang from Dijon mustard, smoke from bourbon (and the grill) and savory from soy sauce.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 3 hours, marinating1. Combine sugar, mustard, bourbon, and soy sauce in a large plastic resealable bag. Measure out 1/2 cup marinade and pour into a separate bag. Add pork cubes to remaining marinade, seal bag, and refrigerate to marinate for 3 hours. Refrigerate the reserved 1/2 cup of marinade as well.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil grate.
3. Drain pork from marinade and thread onto 4 metal skewers. Place on grill and cook about about 10 minutes, flipping and brushing with the reserved 1/2 cup marinade every few minutes.
4. Remove from heat, slide off the skewers, and serve.
