Chicory canap recipe details
Ingredients
1 | chicory |
55 g | Goat’s cheese |
55 g | potatoes, cooked and chopped |
55 g | peas, cooked |
30 g | walnuts, chopped |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp | wholegrain mustard |
1 tbsp | honey |
½ tsp | salt |
½ tsp | freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine goat’s cheese, potatoes, peas and walnuts. In a small container with lid, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, wholegrain mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Shake well and add the dressing to the mixture.Place chicory leaves on a plate and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the chicory leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
