Ingredients

10  anchovies
90 ml olive oil
8 clove(s) garlic
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
4  tomatoes, chopped
12  olives, pitted, halved
2 tsp capers, drained
1 tbsp basil
fresh parsely, chopped

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add anchovies and whole garlic cloves. Cook until garlic is slightly browned and anchovies start to fall apart.

Add red pepper flakes, tomatoes, olives and capers. Cook on low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add parsley and basil. Simmer for further 2 minutes and then serve over cooked pasta.
