Ingredients
6 small | potatoes, peeled |
2 | chicken legs |
2 tbsp | garlic cloves, minced |
2 tbsp | brandy |
60 ml | water with chicken stock |
2 sprig(s) | fresh thyme |
2 sprig(s) | fresh rosemary |
1 tbsp | mustard |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook until partially cooked. Drain. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and garlic and brown chicken 5 minutes on each side. Pour off fat. Add brandy.
Mix together broth, mustard, thyme and rosemary and add in skillet. Add potatoes, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken tender. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
