Chicken veggie wrap recipe details
This is part of an ongoing effort to fix quick, healthy meals that have some creativeness to them as we prepare for our wedding.

Ingredients
Serves: 2- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 broccoli head, finely chopped
- 1 potato, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 2 slices American cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Cook broccoli, potato, and onion in oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Add chili powder, garlic, salt, and chicken to the vegetables. Saute until chicken is cooked through, stirring constantly, 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer to a food chopper, chop entire mixture until fine.
2. Divide mixture between the tortilla wraps. Top each with a slice of American cheese.
3. Fold ends toward the middle, and roll the wrap away from you.
4. Enjoy!
