Ingredients for Dough
- Refined flour – 1 cup
- Yeast – 1tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1tbsp
For Sauce
- Tomatoes – 200 grams (peeled and mashed)
- Black Pepper powder – to taste
- Onion – ½ (chopped)
- Garlic – 1tsp (chopped)
- Paprika or red chilli powder- ½ tsp
- Oregano – 1 pinch
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1tsp
For Chicken
- Chicken – 200 grams
- Black pepper powder – 1tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – as required
For Topping
- Capsicum (shimla mirch) – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Mozzarella cheese – 50 grams
- Oregano – a pinch
- Salt – to taste
- Black Pepper powder- to taste
- Onion- 1
Instructions
- Cut chicken into small pieces
- Put salt, pepper and set aside for a while
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chicken till changes colour
- Mix all dough ingredients with water and knead(gondh lein) into soft dough.
- To prepare sauce, heat oil in a pot and fry garlic and onions for few minutes.
- Add remaining sauce ingredients and mix well
- Grease pizza pan with butter. Roll dough, spread evenly onto pan by pressing with your hands
- Layer with sauce, cooked chicken, capsicum, tomato and cheese
- Sprinkle oregano
- Place in pre-heated oven at 250 C for 12 minutes and remove.
