Ingredients
1. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut into small pieces (4)
2. angel hair pasta (1pound)
3. olive oil (2tbsp)
4. butter (2tbsp)
5. diced tomatoes with green Chile peppers (1 can about 10 ounces)
6. peeled and diced tomatoes (1can about 14 .5 ounces)
7. minced garlic (2cloves)
8. olive oil (2tbsp)
9. green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces (1)
10. yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces (1)
11. red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces (1)
12. grated parmesan cheese (1/4c)
13. garlic powder (1/2tsp)
14. dried thyme (1/2tsp)
15. dried rosemary (1/2tsp)
16. dried basil (1/2tsp)


Method of preparation
1. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat olive oil in it and then fry green, yellow and red bell peppers with garlic in it until they get soft. Mix diced tomatoes with Chile and diced tomatoes in it.

2. Now turn down the heat to medium low and keep the mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture into the serving bowl.

3. Take a large pot, boil lightly salted water in it and then cook the pasta in salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes until the pasta gets soft. Then drain it.

4. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in large frying pan over medium heat and then cook until in it for about 10 minutes. Then place the cooked chicken in the serving bowl over the tomato sauce. Dust basil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary and parmesan cheese over it. Then pour this chicken mixture over the cooked pasta and serve it.
