Chicken pasta parmesan recipe details
IngredientsSkinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes (1lb), cream of broccoli and cream of chicken soup (1can), dry sherry (1tbsp), grated parmesan cheese (1/2c), vegetable oil (2tbsp), chopped onion (1/4c), milk (2tbsp), fresh mushrooms, sliced (1c), hot cooked spaghetti, cooked broccoli florets (1c)
Method of preparation
Take a frying pan of 10-inch, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and fry onion in it until they get soft. Add chicken in the pan and cook it until the chicken changes to brown in color. Then add milk, soup and sherry in it and cook it. Now turn down the heat to low, add broccoli, mushrooms and ½ cup of cheese in it. Cover the pan and keep it to cook for about 10 minutes by stirring it regularly until the chicken gets pink. Now pour this mixture of chicken over cooked and hot spaghetti. If you like serve it with additional cheese.
