Ingredients
Serves: 6- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 sleeve Ritz(R) crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 55 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Boil chicken until cooked thoroughly, about 10 minutes. Dice the chicken or shred in a food processor. Place prepared chicken in the bottom of a 9x13x2-inch casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Combine sour cream and soup; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover top with crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle with melted butter.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 45 minutes.
