Ingredients
1 | chicken |
2 large | onions, thinly sliced into rings |
4 clove(s) | garlic, thinly chopped |
200 g | grated cheese |
4 tbsp | sour cream or mayonnaise |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
dill, to taste |
Instructions
Take the whole chicken and cut it into pieces. Then work with each piece separately.Take previously chopped garlic, make a hole in the chicken and put the garlic inside.
Then smear every piece of chicken with salt, pepper and vegetable spices. Furthermore, fry them in the pan until they become a little crispy.
When the chicken is ready, put the pieces in the baking form and spread some sour cream on the top of each piece.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Then put the onion rings on the top (if you like, you can add tomato rings as well – they will make the dish more juicy) and put it in the oven and bake it for 35-40 minutes. 5 minutes before the dish is done, add grated cheese and let it melt.
