Chicken korma recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | chicken breast |
1 large | onion, chopped |
3 tbsp | plain yogurt |
50 g | butter |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tsp | turmeric |
½ tsp | chili powder |
1 tsp | garam masala |
2 tbsp | almonds, ground |
1 tbsp | mango chutney |
Instructions
Put chicken in an ovenproof dish. Preheat oven to 200°C.Sauté onion in the butter until softened. Put onion and remaining ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth sauce, adding a little water if necessary.
Pour sauce over chicken, cover, and cook in oven until chicken is tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with boiled rice.
