Chicken fillet with hollandaise sauce recipe details
Ingredients
4 | chicken breast fillets |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
250 ml | Hollandaise sauce (s.recipes in the database) or use ready made |
1 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil. Fry the meat until slightly golden all around. Season with salt and pepper. Place the fillets side by side into a casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.Pour the sauce over the chicken fillets and bake for 2-3 more minutes in the oven.
Serve the chicken fillets on warmed plates, together with asparagus and new potatoes.
